Ordinary General Meeting Called for November 19th!
Notice is given to all Members of the University of Victoria Faculty Association (the “Association”) of the Ordinary General Meeting to be held on Thursday, November 19, 2015 at 1:30 PM in RM C128, David Strong Building.
Key matters on the Agenda include:
- The introduction of an “Advocacy List” for members to provide input on, to help direct the Association’s activities over the next 12 months.
- The presentation of the Preliminary Budget for 2016-17.
- A report from the Constitution and Bylaws Committee, who are currently busy drafting some essential updates to the Association’s current Constitution and Bylaws for ratification at the Spring AGM, as well as drafting recommendations regarding the Association’s democratic processes.
The Executive Committee encourages members to attend.
