FA Research Forum with VP Research Lisa Kalynchuk

The Faculty Association is hosting a virtual forum with Dr. Lisa Kalynchuk, Vice-President Research and Innovation. Dr. Kalynchuk will give a brief overview of the university’s new strategic research and creative works plan. She will also discuss plans for new measures to improve support for research including:
- research supports related to COVID
- expansion of the internal research grants program
- a new program for postdoctoral fellows
- a set of supports for early career researchers and researchers from equity-deserving groups
Following the 15-minute presentation, there will be an open Q&A session. Questions will be fielded via the Zoom Q&A function and will be answered on a first-come-first-serve basis.
