The Faculty Association Needs Your Support Today!
Dear Faculty Association Members,
We are seeing a strong response to the petition; however, we have also heard from many members who were unaware that it existed. We recognize that colleagues are extraordinarily busy, but at this moment the Faculty Association needs broad and visible support to push the administration to bargain in good faith.
Some members have shared that the request for names and departments raised concerns could expose them to potential administrative retaliation. We take those concerns seriously. For this reason, we are asking tenured members, in particular, to step forward and lend their voices in support of colleagues who may feel unable to do so themselves.
If you would like to show your support but have concerns about signing the petition, please feel free to contact me directly at [email protected].
Please sign the petition and encourage your colleagues to do the same. Speak to your Faculty Association Department Representative. Collective action matters, and broad participation strengthens our position at the bargaining table.
Thank you for your continued leadership and advocacy.
In solidarity,
Adam J Con
