For any initial questions that you may have, please refer to the resources below which are from an RPT workshop that the Association hosted on October 27th, 2020.
These resources include a presentation by Association President Lynne Marks on relevant changes to Collective Agreement language regarding RPT issues and a presentation by EQHR Manager Natasha Goudar, who provides an overview of the equity training needed by RPT committees. We have also included an audio recording of the presentations and some supplementary resources for guidance on the construction of RPT committees and related equity issues.
