Collective Bargaining Consultations: Drop-in Session with Elisabeth Gugl (Negotiating Team Co-Chair)
As part of our ongoing consultations with the membership as we prepare for Collective Bargaining that will start in February of 2022, the Association will be hosting a series of drop-ins and Faculty Feedback Cafes (virtual) between now and the beginning of December.
At the Faculty Feedback Cafes we hope to provide results from a series of bargaining surveys that we’ll be sending out shortly. At the Cafes we will also be seeking further input from you about what you are hoping the Association can achieve in this round of bargaining. Topics for the Faculty Feedback Cafes will include the following: salary, benefits, salary evaluation, retirement, leaves, research, teaching, service, workload, reappointment, promotion, and tenure.
Drop-in sessions are your opportunity to provide any feedback you would like to members of our Negotiating Team about anything related to the Collective Agreement and how you would like to see it improved.
